Then we get yelled at or even worse they post a bad review about us, LOL, yes, LOL. Like we are the ones who owned the AC unit for a decade and did not take care of it... Our Operations Manager, who still works in the field deals with the industry on both residential/commercial and covers the entire state of Texas, dealing with every brand and producer so there is not much missed between him and the Master Technican.

MAINTENANCE

This is something we cannot say enough about. If you actually take care of a unit and maintain it correctly and once a year do an actual thorough cleaning by a technician, then a normal AC unit should be able to last roughly 15-20 years depending on the different parameters that go into what normally defines the unit size being installed in the first place. Like, size of home, square footage, size of unit, ductwork installation, insulation (never enough and never correct), location of unit, type of unit (too many variables to discuss here), drainage, install,
